A favorite restaurant of mine in Austin, Texas happens to be a Mexican restaurant (surprise, surprise) called Matt's El Rancho. I got the "Deluxe Plate", which proved to be a mistake.. I pulled a Tucker shortly after getting home to Wimberley. (If you haven't seen I hope they serve beer in Hell, rent it immediately.) Anyway, first came the queso dipped chip and ground beef chalupa with guacamole salad. I'll save you the empty plate shots, but I have them.
Next came the beef enchilada and tamale with full sides of rice and beans. Again, I'll spare you the nauseating empty plate images.
Last, but not least, after each meal, you have the choice of rainbow sorbet or a praline (which I always choose, because I'm just that country).
I know, if I keep eating like this, I may reach 500 pounds.. Eventually. But I just can't resist the menu at this place. I hate to sound like Chuck Bass, but "Judge me. Shame turns me on."
Yours Truly,
Bails
